Our fun, small yet fast-paced cafe is looking for a talented Barista/Acai Artist to join our family in Palmyra and take our customers' coffee experience to the next level.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Create a welcoming and positive customer experience
- Be able to calibrate coffee grinder and create the perfect cup of coffee
- Willingness to learn other aspects of day to day trade.
- Make food items including our famous Acaí Bowls and Earth Bowls
- Opening and closing of the cafe.
- Bring previous experience to the role but also with a willingness to adjust to a new job.

You will:

- Posses great customer service and interpersonal skills

- Be professional and reliable
- Have vast experience behind the coffee machine
- Have a creative mind with a can-do attitude
- Be able to work in a fast-paced workplace




- Run a busy shift with poise and control
- Be available to work on weekends.
- Have the flexibility to do a mixture of opening and closing shifts
- Be up for making acai and helping with cabinet food
- Latte art would be a bonus!

We are able to offer a role from 15 up to 35 hours per week depending on your flexibility

Dayshift only

Hourly rates: Mon-Fri $34.76 Sat-Sun $41.72

Hospitality Award rates apply, based on age and classification

- Barista: 2 years (Required)
- Customer service: 4 years (Preferred)
