Cafe All Rounder / Barista

- minimum 2 years' experience of Barista

Approx : 30 - 38 hours per week

Full time or Part time

Monday - Friday : 5am - 3pm

Location : Osborne Park

☕ Barista Duties

- Preparing and serving espresso-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, etc.)
- Operating and maintaining coffee machines and grinders
- Ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and speed of service
- Knowledge of coffee beans, blends, and brewing techniques

All Rounder Duties
- Taking customer orders and handling POS transactions
- Serving food and drinks to tables
- Assisting with food preparation (e.g., sandwiches, pastries)
- Clearing tables, cleaning, and maintaining café hygiene
- Restocking supplies and supporting kitchen or floor staff as needed

To be successful you'll have:
- Flexibility: Staff can jump between coffee-making, customer service, and general café tasks.
- Efficiency: Smaller teams benefit from employees who can cover multiple roles.
- Customer Experience: Ensures smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time Pay: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour
