Chotto Matte is a globally recognised Japanese-Peruvian fusion restaurant group, with venues in London, Manchester, Toronto, San Francisco and Riyadh, and now Bondi. Our spaces are immersive: vibrant Nikkei cuisine meets energetic beats to create a dining experience like no other.

We're looking for passionate, guest-focused Waiters and Bartenders to join our front-of-house and bar teams as we bring Chotto Matte to Bondi.

The Role

As part of our floor or bar team, you'll be fully guest-focused and service-led, delivering food, beverage and service standards to the highest level. Waiters guide guests through their dining journey from arrival to farewell, and bartenders bring our cocktail, sake, and drinks program to life with knowledge, precision, and flair.

What You'll Do

- Deliver attentive, knowledgeable and professional service at every stage of the guest experience
- Develop strong product knowledge of our Nikkei food and beverage offering, cocktails, sake and wider drinks menus
- Follow Chotto Matte's global service standards and Steps of Service
- Work closely with the wider Front of House and Bar teams to keep service smooth and seamless




- Maintain allergen awareness and all health, hygiene and food safety procedures
- Process orders and payments accurately (Waiters)
- Prepare and serve beverages to company standard (Bartenders)

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a restaurant or bar role
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- A friendly, professional and positive manner with guests and colleagues
- Energetic, enthusiastic and confident under pressure
- Adaptable, dependable, and keen to grow within a global hospitality brand
- For Bartenders: a genuine interest in cocktails, sake and premium drinks service

Additional Requirements

- Applicants must have full working rights in Australia
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate required
- Food handling certification
