RojoPelli Mittagong is seeking a skilled Barber Hairdresser to join our team on a part time basis. Based in Mittagong NSW 2575, this role offers the chance to deliver exceptional grooming services to our valued clients whilst being part of a dynamic hair and beauty services environment. As a Barber Hairdresser, you will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for quality craftsmanship and personalised customer care, contributing directly to the success and growth of our salon.
What you'll be doing
- Providing professional barbering and hairdressing services to clients, including cutting, styling, and grooming
- Consulting with clients to understand their requirements and recommending appropriate services and products
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon and with all tools and equipment
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Keeping up to date with current trends and techniques in barbering and hairdressing
- Contributing to a welcoming and professional salon atmosphere
- Processing payments and handling administrative tasks as required
- Supporting the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What we're looking for
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in barbering or hairdressing, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven experience providing barbering and hairdressing services in a professional salon environment
- Strong technical skills in cutting, styling,
and grooming techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse clientele
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and professional conduct
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a part-time schedule
