- Are you a Barista/cafe all rounder with a flair for rapid-paced kitchen environments? We are currently seeking skilled and passionate cafe professionals to join our team in Kew. Tram stops right at the door of cafe so transportation is no problm. You must have coffee making skills as well as point of sale knowledge. Cafe operates from 6am to 3pm so hours will be mixed. Everything is made in house! PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DONT HAVE PROPER COFFFEE MAKING SKILLS.

Position Available:

- BARISTA and all rounder

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare espresso-based drinks (latte, cappuccino, flat white, etc.)
- Adapt to the fast-paced nature of a bustling coffee rush

-Support the back of house staff

- Take orders and answer product questions
- Recommend drinks and upsell (e.g., add-ons, sizes)
- Deliver friendly and efficient service

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is highly desirable




- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards during peak hours
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
- BARISTA EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
- THIS IS A CASUAL ROLE SO HOURS WILL BE SITTING AT 8 TO 12HRS PER WEEK. WE ARE OPEN FROM 6AM TO 3PM MON TO FRIDAY.
