We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista / All-Rounder to join our team.

This is a fast-paced role in a busy café, so we’re looking for someone who can work efficiently under pressure, provide great customer service and be a positive team player.

About the role

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Making high-quality coffee consistently and efficiently
- Taking orders and serving customers
- Operating the POS and handling payments
- Clearing tables
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented café
- Restocking and general café duties
- Working closely with the team to keep service running smoothly

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has previous barista experience and is confident making coffee in a busy environment
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Works well under pressure and can maintain speed and quality
- Is reliable, punctual and well presented




- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
- Is willing to help wherever needed — no job is too big or too small
- Has good attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Is available to work a flexible roster, including weekends

Experience in a busy café is highly regarded.

Pay: $33.85 – $40.62 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
