We are looking for an Experienced Barista / All Rounder to join our growing team and be part of this exciting recent chapter.
Training will commence immediately at our Casey Central store in Narre Warren South, where you’ll receive mentoring and support from our experienced team.
About the Role
We have Casual, Part-Time and Full-Time positions available.
Applicants must be available weekdays (7:30am – 6:00pm) and weekends on a rotating roster.
Duties include:
- Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages
- Maintaining the coffee station and equipment
- Taking customer orders and providing excellent customer service
- Working across café sections including table service, clearing and dishwashing
- Preparing our signature Mega Twisted Shakez
- General cleaning,
restocking and daily café tasks
About You
- Minimum 2 years Barista experience (30–40kg coffee per week)
- 1 year experience as a Café All Rounder or Waitstaff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for great coffee and customer service
- Strong teamwork and a positive attitude
- Experience with Bepoz/Vectron POS preferred but not essential
