Xpresso Lab is looking for a reliable, friendly and motivated Barista / All-Rounder to join our team!

We are a busy family-run café looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, takes pride in their work and can work confidently in a fast-paced setting.

About the role

As a Barista / All-Rounder, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Preparing quality coffee, hot drinks and cold beverages
- Taking customer orders and providing friendly customer service
- Operating the POS and handling payments
- Assisting with food preparation and serving when required
- Keeping tables, counters and service areas clean and presentable
- Washing dishes and maintaining general café cleanliness
- Restocking supplies and keeping the café organised
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy periods

About you We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, welcoming and confident with customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and takes initiative
- Able to work well in a busy environment




- A team player with a positive attitude
- Well-presented and takes pride in cleanliness
- Willing to learn and take on different tasks

Previous café or barista experience is preferred, but we are happy to consider someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn. Barista skills, including espresso preparation and milk texturing, will be highly regarded.
