About the role

We are looking for a skilled, passionate Barista to join us on a Casual basis (approx. 15hrs + hours per week). Our venue opens Tuesday to Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., plus Tuesday nights from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. You must be able to work weekends.

Key responsibilities

- Dialling in the grinder daily, monitoring extractions, and managing yield.

- Pouring exceptional espresso and milk-based beverages at speed.

- Engaging warmly with our West Lakes Shore community to build a regular customer base.

- Assisting with basic food prep, counter service, and POS operations.

- Maintaining immaculate coffee station hygiene and workspace cleanliness.

About you

- Minimum 1 years of full-time experience in a fast-paced specialty coffee environment.





- Complete confidence with commercial gear, bean profiles, and high-volume rushes.

- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is preferred but not essential.

- A valid driver's license and reliable transport are preferred.

- Punctual, reliable, energetic, and genuinely obsessed with hospitality.
