☕ Barista – Grow Café

Grow Café is looking for an experienced and reliable Barista to join our team.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for coffee, takes pride in their work, and can provide friendly and efficient customer service in a busy café environment.

About the Role

As a Barista, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages
- Operating the coffee machine confidently and efficiently
- Taking customer orders and providing excellent customer service
- Operating the POS system and handling cash/EFTPOS
- Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic coffee station
- Restocking supplies and assisting with general café duties
- Working effectively as part of a small team
- Following café procedures and food safety requirements

What We're Looking For

- Previous barista experience is required




- Good knowledge of coffee preparation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- Able to work independently and during busy periods
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
