Niagara Café is seeking an experienced, confident Barista to join our team as we head into the busy warmer months and holiday season. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes pride in their craft, and enjoys being part of a positive, professional team.

About the Role

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

We are offering a Permanent Part Time or Full Time role for the right candidate.

Shifts generally commence at 7:30am, supporting our morning service and ensuring smooth workflow from open.

Alongside barista duties, the role also includes assisting Front of House operations as required — helping maintain service flow, supporting the team, and contributing to the overall customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven barista experience in a high‑volume café
- Consistent weekly availability, including a fair share of weekend shifts
- Strong understanding of coffee preparation,



equipment care, and workflow
- A positive, team‑focused attitude and pride in presentation
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to maintain high standards during peak periods
- Excellent customer service skills and confidence engaging with guests
- Ability to work collaboratively with FOH and kitchen teams
- Willingness to assist with general FOH duties when required
- Current RSA
- Completion of the NSW Food Handler Basics certificate
