We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista Trainer to join our team and help shape the next generation of coffee professionals.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality barista training to students and aspiring hospitality professionals. This includes both practical coffee-making skills and theoretical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, hands-on barista training sessions
- Teach espresso extraction, milk texturing, latte art, and café workflow
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain training equipment and ensure a professional learning environment
- Stay up to date with industry trends and techniques
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a barista (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong knowledge of coffee techniques and equipment
- Previous training or teaching experience (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for coffee and mentoring others
