Cru Bar & Cellar is looking for a skilled and passionate bartender to join our experienced team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating quality drinks, has a strong interest in wine, and thrives in a premium bar environment.
We’re seeking someone with strong technique, great communication skills, and a cooperative mindset. You’ll be hands-on with cocktail prep and service, contribute to our seasonal drinks list, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience, especially for guests seated at the bar.

The role includes:
- 25–38 hours per week
- Cocktail creation and prep
- Coffee service
- Bar setup, cleaning, restocking, and polishing
- Engaging directly with guests at the bar
- Adhering to RSA guidelines
What we’re looking for:
- Bartending experience with confident cocktail skills
- Friendly, professional front-of-house service
- Genuine interest in wine and learning more
- Creative approach and team-focused attitude
- Availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays and Weekends
