Casual Beauty Advisor – Karrinyup

Adore Beauty is coming to Karrinyup, and we’re looking for passionate Beauty Advisors to join our brand-new store team!

As part of our growing retail network, our new Karrinyup store will be a vibrant destination where customers can discover their favourite beauty brands, receive genuine advice, and enjoy an exceptional in-store experience.

We’re looking for customer-focused team members who are passionate about beauty, love connecting with people, and are excited to be part of building our newest store team from the ground up.

The Role

We’re looking for casual team members who thrive on delivering personalised service and making every customer interaction count. As part of our brand-new Karrinyup team, you’ll also have the exciting prospect to help bring the Adore Beauty experience to life in a new store from day one.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations

- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean, organised, and inviting
- Stay up to date with product knowledge,



new launches and industry trends
- Process transactions efficiently while meeting sales targets
- Handle stock management tasks, including restocking and inventory checks
- Participate in promotional activities and assist with in-store events
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty

What We're Looking For At least 2 years of retail experience (ideally in beauty, skincare or cosmetics)

- Experience as a beauty therapist, hairdresser or makeup artist will be highly regarded
- A strong understanding of beauty products and a keen interest in skincare trends
- A natural ability to connect with customers and create a great shopping experience
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Someone who stays calm and focused in a fast-paced setting
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- A confident, positive and solution-focused approach
