About the role

Are you a career-driven Beauty Therapist with a passion for caring for people? At Advanced Body Image & Spa Lotus, we’re looking for a motivated therapist to join our supportive and high-performing team. We have flexible opportunities available — full time, part-time, or casual and apprenticeships.

As a Beauty Therapist, you’ll be responsible not only for the treatments you provide, but also for the way you make our clients feel. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and building trusted, long-term relationships with our clients and the wider Darwin community.

What we’re looking for

- Diploma in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent recognised qualification)
- Certificate III or IV in Beauty Therapy (or a related field such as Massage or Dermal Therapy) will also be considered.
- We recognise that competencies and standards vary between RTOs, states, territories, and countries, so all levels of qualification will be considered.
- Practical experience in a salon or day spa is highly regarded. We welcome open discussions about your skills and experience, so we can identify training needs and support your confidence.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build respectful client relationships.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Professional presentation and grooming, with strong hygiene practices to ensure client comfort and safety.
- Competency in a range of treatments, including facials, massage, waxing,



and other core services relevant to your qualifications.
- An interest in skin health, general skin conditions, and skin assessment techniques (desirable, but training provided).
- Time management and organisational skills, with the adaptability and openness to learn new techniques.
- A team-focused mindset, showing respect, kindness, and willingness to support others.
- Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to continuous learning and critical thinking.
- Australian work rights (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa).
- Sponsorship under 494 or 186 visas may be considered for the right candidate (qualifications and experience essential).

What you’ll be doing

- Performing a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, body treatments, and general services.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every client leaves feeling valued and cared for.
- Following our protocols and business procedures to ensure safety, quality, and consistency in every treatment.
