About the Role

St Peters Lutheran College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Biology Teacher to join our Secondary Years team for a full time, contract commencing Term 1 2027.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality Biology teaching to students across Years 7-12, creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences that support academic growth and a lifelong love of learning. You will contribute to curriculum development, student wellbeing, and the wider College community through collaborative teaching practice and participation in co-curricular activities.

- Location: Indooroopilly, Brisbane
- Start Date: Term 1 2027
- Employment Type: Full Time, Contract (Term 1 and 2)

What You Bring

- A relevant qualification in Education with teaching subject qualifications in Science preferable.
- Current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) Registration.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Biology in a secondary school setting.
- Strong understanding of curriculum, assessment and reporting requirements within a secondary school environment.
- Solid classroom management, organisational and time management skills.
- Commitment to the College's Christian ethos and values.
