BOH / Kitchen Attendant – Vietnamese Restaurant

Annamese Kitchen is a Vietnamese café and restaurant in the heart of St Kilda. We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking BOH / Kitchen Attendant to join our friendly team.

About the Role

You’ll support our kitchen team with day-to-day food preparation and kitchen operations. Duties include:

- Basic food preparation and ingredient preparation
- Assisting chefs during service
- Preparing and portioning ingredients
- Dishwashing and maintaining a clean kitchen
- Cleaning kitchen equipment and work areas
- Receiving and organising stock
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Helping the team during busy service periods

What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Good understanding of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene




- Previous BOH or kitchen experience is preferred, but training can be provided for the right person
- Vietnamese kitchen experience is an advantage, but not essential
