About the role The work is diverse and may include structural and general steel fabrication, MIG, TIG and stick welding, site welding and fabrication, machinery and equipment repairs, modification and repair of existing plant and equipment, installation of fabricated components, shutdown and project work, industrial maintenance and repairs, reading and working from engineering drawings, measuring, cutting, fitting and fabrication, and workshop and onsite works.

About you

- Relevant trade qualification and/or demonstrated industry experience
- Strong welding and fabrication skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

- Current Australian driver's licence





- Construction White Card
- Good understanding of workplace safety
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and quality of workmanship

- Reliable and professional attitude
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends and away when required
- Qualified pipe welders are highly regarded
