About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookeeper to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Campbellfield , this role is fundamental to ensuring the financial accuracy and compliance of our caravan and Offroad RV operations. As Bookeeper, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions and records that keep our business running smoothly.

This position offers the opportunity to work within a agile environment whilst maintaining the meticulous standards essential to bookkeeping and accounting practices.

What you'll be doing

- Recording and reconciling daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts and payments

- Managing accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments

- Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate cash records

- Preparing and maintaining general ledger accounts and financial records

- Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

- Managing payroll administration and processing employee payments

What we're looking for





- Completed bookkeeping qualification or equivalent experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role

- Proficiency with accounting software packages and general computer literacy

- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, general ledger management and financial reconciliation

- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy when handling financial data

- Knowledge of GST, tax compliance and basic payroll administration

- Professional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement

- Previous experience in the caravan or automotive industry would be ideal (not essential)
