About the role The Odin Tavern is looking for an Experienced Bottleshop Attendant. You will need extensive product knowledge ranging from craft beers, varieties of wines, RTDs and be supportive of local brewers. A person with a strong customer focus and can do attitude is who we are seeking.

Key responsibilities

- Build solid relationships with loyal customers

- Deliver outstanding customer service

About you

- Minimum 12 months experience is essential

- Forklift licence is essential

- Current RSA certificate is essential

- Holding an Approved Manager's Card would be a bonus

- Enthusiasm for liquor retail

- Availability to work flexible rosters, including weekends and some nights

- Energy, reliability, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

- Positive attitude

- Strong liquor product knowledge

- Solid level of physical fitness

- Exceptional customer service attitude
