- Co, you will take ownership of your boutique’s performance while leading by example on the sales floor. Whether a customer is choosing an engagement ring, celebrating a milestone, adding to their jewellery collection or selecting their next timepiece, you and your team will provide knowledgeable, personal and attentive service from the moment they walk through the door. What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for jewellery, watches and exceptional customer service - Has proven retail leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team - Can consistently achieve personal and store sales targets and KPIs - Understands how to build relationships with customers rather than simply make a sale - Leads from the front and is comfortable coaching team members on the sales floor - Has strong communication,



organisational and problem-solving skills - Takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards of store presentation - Thrives in a premium retail environment where attention to detail matters What You’ll Be Doing You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day success of your Linda &
- Co boutique, including:
- Creating personalised and memorable experiences for every customer - Leading your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs - Developing strong, long-term customer relationships - Coaching, training and motivating team members to reach their potential - Leading by example and achieving your own individual sales targets - Identifying opportunities to grow sales and strengthen store performance - Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards - Managing the operational and administrative requirements of the boutique - Building a positive, professional and high-performing team culture - Representing the Linda &
