Temora Cellars is looking for reliable hard working staff, who have a robust focus on customer service.

We are a family owned and locally operated business, proudly to serve community with an extensive selection of quality wines, beers, and spirits.

With an acquisition to our Bottleshop portfolio, we are seeking motivated and customer-focused Shop attendants to join our team on a casual basis. Progression to a fulltime store manager position is also possible with 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all customers.
- Assist customers with product recommendations and queries.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Restock shelves and ensure displays are tidy.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Experience in operating fast moving POS systems.
- Stock Control and Presentation.
- Packing orders and possible local deliveries.
- Adhere to liquor licensing laws and policies, ensuring responsible service of alcohol.
- Collaborate with the team to support the smooth operation of the store.

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.




- Has the ability to work as part of the team or individually as required.
- Knowledge of Wine & Spirits and Beers.
- A positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
- Current NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and restocking products.
- Current NSW Forklift Licence (not essential)
