We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Brick & Tile Production Operator to join our warehouse team working for Robertsons Building Products under the PSA Group, located at our warehouse in Scoresby Vic.

This is a practical, varied role combining picking and packing, warehouse duties and brick processing. You’ll be responsible for accurately preparing customer orders, moving stock safely and assisting with cutting and processing brick products.

You’ll work with basic machinery and automated processes, including brick cutting saws, while also preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Load, unload and move stock around the warehouse
- Assist with brick cutting and processing
- Operate basic machinery and equipment - cutting saws, hand tools
- Check products for quality and accuracy
- Assist with stock movements and warehouse organisation
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and safe
- Follow all WHS and safety procedures
- Operate a forklift where appropriately licensed and authorised

What We're Looking For

- Previous warehouse, pick & pack or production experience

- Forklift licence highly regarded

- Good attention to detail




- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Safety-conscious and a good team player

Experience & Skills

Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, manufacturing or similar environment

- Pick and pack experience
- Experience operating machinery or production equipment
- The ability to safely use power tools or cutting equipment
- A current forklift licence — highly regarded
