Independent Building Consultant / BDM — commission only. We want someone who already has the contacts: developers, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, designers, landowners and homeowners. You introduce qualified work. We design and build it.

This is not a junior role and not a “we give you leads” job. If you do not already have a pipeline, do not apply.

What you originate:

- House and land

- Current homes

- Knockdown rebuilds

- Extensions
- Kitchens & bathrooms

- Whole home renovations

One person covers Homes and Renovations. You do not run the site. Construction stays with Cortile.

What you do:

- Use your existing relationships to bring qualified Melbourne clients
- Qualify site, budget, timing and finance
- Book meetings and site visits with the owner
- Stay with the client through to signed contract and deposit
- Hand the job to our team cleanly

Even better if you can also drive early plans and permits, or already work with people who do, and if you can bring developer or multi-site work.

Who you are:

- Long background in residential building sales or originating work in Melbourne
- Already earning from relationships, not from a company lead list
- Comfortable with developers and everyday homeowners

- Covering Melbourne in person

Pay: Commission only. No base wage. No retainer. Uncapped. Paid when a Cortile building contract is signed and the client deposit is received. The $40,000–$150,000 range is potential yearly commission from closed work, not a guaranteed salary. Rate is agreed in writing before you represent Cortile. Successful applicants will sign a contractor/ commission agreement before using the Cortile name.
