What you'll do

- Manage the day-to-day operation of your building
- Build strong relationships with residents, clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate contractors and maintenance
- Manage leasing inspections and enquiries
- Ensure presentation, compliance and safety standards are maintained

What you'll bring





- A customer-first attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organisation
- Experience in Property, Building Management, Facilities, Hospitality or Customer Service is highly regarded
- NSW Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain one before commencement—we'll support suitable applicants)
