About the Business

Our client is a dynamic residential builder delivering quality new homes across the investment market. With strong in-house systems and processes in place, they provide their Building Supervisors with the support and structure needed to manage builds efficiently and deliver a smooth construction process from start to finish.

About the Position

Currently, an prospect exists for an experienced Building Supervisor to join the team, managing investment new home builds across the Caboolture to Banya region.

Responsibilities will include

- Managing investment homes in your area

- Coordination of trades and materials for housing projects

- Manage Onsite companion schedules

- Quality control and QA reporting prior to job handover

Skills and Experience





Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:

- 3 years experience as a Supervisor in volume housing

- Onsite Companion experience advantageous however not essential

- Strong trade management and time management skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Carpentry Trade qualification highly desired

- Trade base advantageous
