Our Client is seeking experienced Business Analysts to support the delivery of complex ICT initiatives within a large federal government environment. These roles are critical to project success, driving business analysis, requirements management, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and solution design across a diverse technology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business analysis activities including requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and traceability.
- Analyse and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and transformation.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement activities to gather, prioritise, and validate requirements.
- Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts including business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, process maps, BPMN models, business rules, and benefits realisation documentation.
- Conduct business situation analysis, feasibility assessments, and impact assessments to support project decision-making.
- Support project delivery across Agile, Scrum, Kanban, iterative, and traditional delivery methodologies.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, testers, architects, and executive sponsors.
- Maintain requirements traceability and contribute to governance, reporting, and project planning activities.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Robust experience in Business Modelling and Process Improvement .




- Proven capability in Business Situation Analysis within complex environments.
- Demonstrated Consultancy experience, providing trusted advice and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Experience conducting Feasibility Assessments and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Expertise in Requirements Definition and Management , including documentation, prioritisation, validation, and traceability.
- Strong Stakeholder Relationship Management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across business and technical teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Proven experience producing a broad range of business analysis artefacts and supporting successful project outcomes.

Highly Desirable
- Experience in Data Modelling and Design .
- Knowledge of business analysis Methods and Tools , including Azure DevOps and requirements traceability frameworks.
- Ability to provide Specialist Advice across business and technology domains.
- Experience in User Experience Analysis and customer-centric solution design.
