NAB's Finance & Strategy Graduate program, based in Melbourne, offers hands-on experience, structured training and mentoring. You will rotate through core finance functions and collaborate with NAB leaders to build a solid foundation for a career in finance. The program commences in February 2028 and involves exposure to financial analysis, forecasting and reporting, while developing technical skills in BI tools and data analysis. Adelaide, SA, AU is included in rotation locations.
