We are a busy contemporary pub venue looking for a hands-on Bar Supervisor to keep things running smoothly across our Weekdays and Weekends. You'll be the go-to person in the Bar — supervising staff, handling issues as they arise, and making sure patrons enjoy their experience at our Venue. What you'll be doing

Overseeing nightly operations across bar and some floor Leading and supporting bar & floor staff during service Ensuring compliance with RSA, liquor licensing, and OH&S; requirements Handling cash, reconciliations, and end-of-night reporting Maintaining venue presentation, cleanliness, and stock levels What we're looking for

Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality pub or late-night venues Current RSA certification (Victorian) Strong leadership and people-management skills Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems Solid understanding of liquor licensing and venue compliance Availability — Days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
