With a loyal membership base, strong local following, stunning ocean views, and an established kitchen team already in place, we're looking for a leader who can build on solid foundations and help elevate our food offering to the next level. This role offers more than just day-to-day kitchen management. You'll play an integral part in an upcoming kitchen renovation project, working alongside management on the design, functionality, workflow and equipment selection to help create a best-in-class culinary operation for years to come. About the Role As Head Chef, you will: Lead, mentor and develop an established and committed kitchen team Drive consistency, quality and innovation across a high-volume operation Manage rostering, food costs, purchasing and stock control Oversee menu development and seasonal offerings Ensure compliance with food safety and WHS standards Foster a positive,



high-performance culture within the kitchen Be a key stakeholder in our upcoming kitchen renovation, including kitchen design, workflow optimisation, equipment selection and operational planning.
