Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing ASX-listed global business seeking an experienced CFO & Co. Sect to join its senior leadership team. Reporting to the MD & CEO, this role will provide strategic and operational leadership across finance, capital management, commercial activities and corporate governance.

Finance & Commercial

n

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management and reporting.
n
- Oversee statutory accounts, audit, & tax.
n
- Lead and develop the finance team.
n
- Support capital raisings, investor relations and debt/equity capital markets activities.
n
- Partner with the MD & CEO on strategic planning, financial modelling, due diligence and growth opportunities.
n
- Provide commercial input into key contracts, partnerships, licensing and other strategic agreements.
n
- Support the scaling of the business and ensure appropriate funding and capital allocation.

Company Secretarial & Governance

n

n
- Ensure compliance with ASX Listing Rules,



Corporations Act and governance requirements.
n
- Manage ASX announcements, statutory records and regulatory lodgements.
n
- Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, papers, minutes and resolutions.
n
- Support the Chair and MD & CEO on governance, Annual Report and AGM matters.

About You

n

n
- Mandatory ASX-listed and Co. Sec experience.
n
- Significant senior finance/CFO experience, ideally including capital markets and investor relations.
n
- International and high-growth business experience.
n
- Preferred experience with capital raising
n
- CA, CPA or CFA qualified, with a relevant Finance degree and/or MBA.
n
- Strategic, commercially focused and highly team-oriented, with strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
