Ammon Leather is looking for an experienced Qualified Motor Trimmer to take a leading role in operating our Melbourne branch. This is an prospect to become a key person in the Melbourne operation, with the potential to become Branch Manager.

Key responsibilities

n

Carry out high-quality automotive trimming and leather upholstery

n

Manage daily workshop jobs and workflow

n

Install leather seats and automotive interiors

n

Maintain excellent quality and finishing standards

n

Coordinate with Sydney head office

n

Manage materials, tools and workshop organisation

n

Work independently and take ownership of the Melbourne branch

n

Help lead and grow the Melbourne operation

n

About you

n

Qualified or highly experienced Motor Trimmer

n

Strong automotive upholstery and leather experience

n





Excellent attention to detail

n

Reliable, organised and self-motivated

n

Able to work independently

n

Leadership or workshop management experience highly desirable

n

Australian driver's licence required

n

Basic to intermediate computer skills
