THE ROLE

As Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cafe operates efficiently while maintaining high standards across food, coffee, customer service and team performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the daily operations of the cafe
n
- Leading, training and motivating the team
n
- Managing staff rosters and shift requirements
n
- Maintaining high food, coffee and service standards
n
- Managing stock,



ordering and wastage
n
- Ensuring food safety, cleanliness and workplace safety standards are maintained
n
- Managing customer enquiries and feedback
n
- Monitoring sales, labour and operational costs
n
- Supporting and implementing procedures and systems
n
- Managing daily opening and closing procedures
n
- Creating a positive and skilled team culture
n
- Working hands-on during busy service periods
n

ABOUT YOU

- Has previous cafe or hospitality management experience

- Is confident leading and managing a team

- Has excellent communication and customer service skills

- Is organised, reliable and proactive
