Job Description

Downer is seeking an experienced Regional Manager - Northern NSW to lead our asphalt, spray seal and civil operations across the region. This is a strategic leadership role focused on growth, operational excellence and high-performing teams from Newcastle to the Queensland border.

You will oversee budgeting, tenders and client partnerships, while championing safety, sustainability and a robust local government relationship network across Northern NSW.
