The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group encompasses the Pullman, Novotel and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. With 532 guest rooms, 3 restaurants, Rooftop Event Space, Executive Lounge, and 17 meeting spaces. Located at the Brisbane Airport precinct.

We have an exciting opportunity available to join our dynamic team at Pullman/ibis Brisbane Airport. Apron/Cribb are vibrant and inviting restaurants with a warm atmosphere and quality food. Our focus and objective is to provide an excellent dining experience for all our guests.

About the role
n
n
- Provide courteous, efficient and professional service to exceed guest expectations.
n
- Perform tasks within a timely manner.
n
- Ensure consistent great food production, in line with the high quality standards.
n
- Maintain standards of all health and hygiene requirements.
n
- Liaise with the Kitchen on special requests or delayed meals.
n
n
About You
n
n
- Excellence in customer service
n
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Excellent grooming and presentation.
n
- The ability & flexibility to work across a 7-day working environment, including weekends and public holidays, with a focus on dinner service.
n
- Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles.
n
- Understanding of workplace health and safety principles
n
- Own transportation is essential
n
- Minimum 2-3 years of commercial kitchen experience is required.
n
- Certificate IV or higher in cooking qualification is required.
