Community Living Options is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Australia to provide 1:1, person-centred active support to a male participant with complex mental health needs. You will join a trauma-informed, psychologically aware team guided by a Service Coordinator to deliver an evidence-based model of support that empowers and uplifts lives.

Ideal candidates bring empathy, resilience and a calm presence, with availability for weekends and overnights.
