You will lead field operations, manage incidents, assets, and vendor relationships, and provide onsite support for network, infrastructure, and applications. The role requires solid leadership, stakeholder management, ITSM knowledge, and experience in multi-site environments. ITIL qualifications and ServiceNow/CMDB experience are advantageous.
