Recruit & Consult – Sydney North Shore NSW

Support a Lead Buyer's Agent across the North Shore, sourcing and assessing residential property from brief through to purchase. Build strong agent relationships to access off-market stock while developing your skills toward managing your own clients.

- Build agent relationships and source properties

- Inspect, research and shortlist property against client briefs
n
- Support negotiations and the purchase process
n
- Manage property research, admin and due diligence
n
- Network and prospect to generate new clients
n
- Liaise with solicitors, brokers, agents and banks

Experience required:

n

n
- Real Estate experience in sales or buyer management
n
- A NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 license
n
- Knowledge of the North Shore, amenities and property types
n
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
n
- Have a valid driver's licence, reliable car
n
- Highly orgaisned with a sharp attention to detail
n
- Available to work Monday to Saturday
n
