WorkCover Queensland is undergoing a transformative phase with a renewed 2030 Strategy. The Claims Coach role will act as a trusted advisor, using data and behavioural insights to tailor coaching that strengthens technical decision‑making and practice management for our claims professionals.
As a senior capability coach, you’ll work with stakeholders to define coaching focus, deliver deskside coaching, and lead development interventions across the claims team, helping injured workers' outcomes
