We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our northern sales team in Morningside!

About the role

n

The Sales Coordinator - Northern is responsible for coordinating sales administration and operational support activities for our Northern region's sales team. Acting as a critical link between field sales representatives, customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders, the role ensures the efficient planning, execution, and follow-up of sales activities.

Key responsibilities

n

Provide sales administration, customer service, and operational support to the Northern Region Sales Team, ensuring efficient day-to-day sales operations.

n

Manage and qualify incoming sales enquiries, leads, showroom enquiries, and customer requests, ensuring timely allocation and follow-up by the appropriate sales team member.

n

Prepare and coordinate quotations, presentations, reports, correspondence, and other sales support materials as required by the Regional Manager and Sales Team.

n

Coordinate regional sales events, customer demonstrations, dealer meetings, training sessions, and trade show activities, including invitations, bookings, and administration.

n

Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing professional, responsive,



and solutions-focused support.

About you

n

Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.

n

Experience in a sales support, customer service, or sales administration workplace; foodservice industry experience is advantageous.

n

Strong planning, prioritisation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

n

Strong verbal, written and numerical communication skills, with the ability to work independently, build trusted customer relationships, understand customer needs, and provide clear, confident, and effective solutions-focused support
