Job Description

Paras & Partners is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to own the payroll function across a diverse workforce. You will lead a small team of two payroll officers, deliver fortnightly and monthly payroll accurately, and provide expert advice to the Finance Director.

This role demands solid knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards, superannuation, PAYG and leave entitlements. You will drive governance, automation with Employment Hero/ELMO, and partner with Finance, People &
