Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Registered and Enrolled Nurse professionals to join our Community Health team in the Caboolture and Sunshine Coast Areas.You will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and support to our community members. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, overnight care, monitoring patient health conditions, and ensuring a safe and nurturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide in home nursing care and support to clients in the community.

Assist with patient assessments, care plans, and health education.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications and Skills

Current registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA





Experience in community health or a similar setting preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

Current police check within the last 6 months or willingness to obtain

Flexible working hours (Parttime and casual positions available)
