Membership Consultant - Multi-Site Role

Penrith, Kingswood, St Marys

We're growing. Our Anytime Fitness clubs across Penrith, St Marys and Kingswood are looking for a Membership Consultant to help drive our next stage of growth - with real progression on offer as we continue expanding across Western Sydney.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for prospective and current members — running tours, closing memberships, and keeping our members engaged and retained. Reporting to the Club Managers, you'll work across all three sites, giving you broader exposure and faster development than a single-club role.

What You'll Do

- Run club tours and consultations, following our proven sales process
- Own member retention calls and build real relationships with our community
- Support local marketing and business partnerships to drive leads




- Help managers keep the clubs running and presentation-ready

What You'll Need

- 1+ years in customer service or sales
- Strong communicator, in person and on the phone
- Driver's licence + reliable car (you'll move between 3 sites)
- Self-motivated and highly organised — you won't need micromanaging
- Available Saturdays — non-negotiable for this role
- First Aid/CPR and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
