Job Description

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you'll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role:

- Territory: Maroochydore and surrounds suburbs
n
- Hours: Average of 10 hours per week based on business needs & open role (no guaranteed minimum hrs)
n
- Availability: Tuesday to Friday availability is required with Wednesday/Thursday essential
n
- Essential: Drivers licence and car
n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Driving strong relationships with store personnel
n
- Building and maintaining quality displays in store
n
- Negotiating promotional space
n
- Executing planograms
n
- Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
n
- Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
n
- Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
n

n

Successful candidate will need:

n

n
- Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
n
- Experience in merchandising in the retail sector
n
- A current Australian driver's licence and vehicle
n




- Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- An ability to work autonomously
n
- Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
n
