Job Description

Transform Life seeks a Proficient (or above) NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner to step into a genuine leadership role in South East Queensland. You will lead a geographically spread team, mentoring and developing practitioners while maintaining a reduced caseload to stay clinically connected.

You'll report to our Queensland State Manager and work with a solid, established team. Based in Brisbane or surrounding areas, flexibility on location is offered to support the team and ongoing Complex
