In the heart of Lygon Street sits our new cocktail bar. The gig is simple: we're looking for an experienced bartender with a strong understanding of cocktails and spirits. Someone who prioritises customer service and working in a team. Hours can be generous, lovely perks from the venue and surrounding venues.

We're a young intimate venue makingits mark on Lygon. Right next to some old favourites like Bahama Gold and The Alderman sits our bar. We're looking for personality, someone with a great attitude whowill fit into our tight-knit team, and work with us to make memorable experiences. Whether this is a career or a side gig, we're open to all backgrounds and overall looking for passion, energy and care! Hours are versatile, mangagement are attentive and supportive. About the role

As a bartender, reporting to the venue manager, you will be responsibile for:

- operating a high-volume cocktail and wine dispense bar while adhering to business standards, emphasising efficiency and cleanliness

- skillfully managing a floor section with confidence
n
- providing the confident, professional and engaging delivery of service, food and beverages to guests
n

About you

- a natural comfortability with people and working in a fast-paced dispense bar environment
n
- reliable, consistent, natural initiative and awareness skills, with a hard-working attitude
n
- strong knowledge of classic cocktails - wine knowledge and mixology experience an added bonus!
n
- a genuine love for hospitality and enjoys making someones night special
n
- a natural communicator who loves workingand collaborating with others

Responsible Service of Alcohol and weekend availbility required.
