About the role:

n

n
- Manage document control processes across live projects (from setup through to close-out)
n
- Upload, issue and track drawings, RFIs, submissions, transmittals and project correspondence
n




- Maintain registers and ensure version control is always correct
n
- Support the team with document workflows, naming conventions, and system compliance
n
- Coordinate consultant and subcontractor documentation, including approvals and tracking
n
- Assist with audits and reporting where required
n
- Help keep project systems organised and consistent across the wider team
n
- Support project close-out documentation and handover packs
n

What we are looking for:

n

n
- Experience as a Document Controller in construction (commercial preferred)
n
- Hands-on experience with systems such as Aconex, Procore, TeamBinder, or similar
n
- Excellent attention to detail and strong file management habits
n
- Confident communication, particularly when chasing documents or keeping people on track
n
- Reliable, consistent, and comfortable working to deadlines
n
- A process-driven, practical approach
n
