About the role

Are you an organized and proactive administration professional who enjoys variety and working as part of a busy team?

The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is seeking an Business Support Officer to join its Water, Waste & Sustainability team. This role provides administrative and coordination support across essential services including water, wastewater, recycled water, waste and sustainability.

You will assist with reporting, correspondence, procurement and contract administration, meetings, budget tracking, customer requests and a range of operational and sustainability initiatives.

We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative and confidence using Microsoft Office. Experience in local government, utilities or a technical environment would be advantageous.
