Supreme Renovators is a well-respected, high-end design and manufacturing company specialising in premium kitchens, bathrooms, office fit-outs and custom joinery.

We work closely with architects, designers, builders and homeowners across residential and commercial projects, with a strong focus on insurance repair and restoration work.

As our workload continues to grow, we are expanding our team and are looking to hire for multiple positions across our factory, production and installation operations.

MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE

We are currently looking for experienced and motivated people across a number of roles, including:

● Cabinet Makers / Joiners

● CNC Operators

● Cabinet Installers

● Factory / Manufacturing Staff

● Apprentices – All Levels

● Supervisors / Leadership Roles

● Management Positions

We are particularly interested in candidates with CNC experience who can confidently operate modern CNC machinery and understand the manufacturing process from drawings through to production.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Depending on your position, you’ll be involved in a range of cabinetry and joinery projects, working both in our modern factory and in office.

Key responsibilities may include

● Reading and interpreting shop drawings and technical plans





● Manufacturing and assembling custom cabinetry and joinery

● Operating CNC machinery and modern manufacturing equipment

● Preparing and processing CNC jobs

● Cutting, edging and assembling cabinetry

● Installing cabinetry and joinery on-site

● Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail

● Working efficiently to meet production and installation deadlines

● Working independently and as part of a team

● Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

CNC EXPERIENCE WANTED

CNC experience is highly desirable, particularly for our manufacturing roles.

Experience with Mozaik, CNC programming, nesting, machine operation or similar CAD/CAM software will be highly regarded.

Essential

● Previous cabinetry or joinery experience for trade positions

● Strong attention to detail

● Pride in your workmanship

● Reliable and motivated attitude

● Good organisation and time management skills

● Ability to work effectively as part of a team

● Strong commitment to quality workmanship





Highly desirable

● CNC operating experience

● Mozaik or similar CAD/CAM experience

● Ability to confidently interpret technical drawings

● Cabinet installation experience

● Trade qualifications

● Project management or supervisory experience

Apprentices are encouraged to apply, with all levels of experience considered.
