Casual Coffee All-Rounder Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic, reliable Casual Coffee All-Rounder to join our fast-paced cafe team.As an all-rounder, you will be the ultimate multi-tasker—stepping up to the espresso machine to pour excellent coffees one minute, and jumping on the register or clearing tables the next. This casual position offers flexible hours across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.Key Responsibilities

- Beverage Preparation: Dial-in grinders, pull consistent espresso shots, texture milk perfectly, and serve quality hot and cold drinks.
- Customer Service: Greet customers with high energy, accurately take food/drink orders, and efficiently process payments using our POS system.
- Food & Display Management: Assist with basic food prep (toasting melts, plating pastries), keep visual displays fully stocked, and ensure food safety protocols are followed.
- Floor Operations: Keep the dining space immaculate by clearing and wiping tables, sweeping, and washing dishes.




- Opening & Closing Duties: Complete set-up or pack-down checklists, sanitize workstations, and ensure the cafe is ready for the next shift.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Barista Experience: Minimum 1–2 years operating a commercial espresso machine in a high-volume setting.
- Ultimate Flexibility: A genuine "no task is too small" attitude with a willingness to shift from coffee-making to cleaning effortlessly.
- Speed & Reliability: Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work efficiently under pressure during peak morning rushes.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work a variety of casual shifts, particularly early mornings and weekends.
- Certifications: Current Food Safety Supervisor or RSA certificate is highly regarded.

Pay: $26.44 – $42.44 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
